    • You may cancel an order on the egrama marketplace before it has been shipped.
    • To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team with your order details.
  3. Digital Marketing Services:

    • If you wish to cancel a digital marketing service, you must notify us in writing at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.
    • Refunds for prepaid but unused services may be issued on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy:
